How soon in advance do I need to book?
It is recommended to book as early as possible to ensure you get your preferred day and time slot. Evening bookings are available.
Booking
Bookings can be made by phone and are subject to availability.
There is a minimum appointment fee for all bookings is £50.
The maximum distance covered for regular prices is a 8 mile radius from East Croydon.
Bookings outside maximum distance can be made for a different price.
To secure the booking a full amount of treatment must be paid. The payment is made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
A 50% deposit will be withheld for cancellations/alterations made within less than 24-hours prior booking.
Although a 100% deposit will be withheld for cancellations/alterations made within less than 2-hours prior booking.
Cancellation must be made by a phone call. Cancellation by text message is not possible.
Patch test
£5 charge is payable for any patch test to cover fuel cost and time, this is only redeemable against the full treatment cost.
